Total Penis Engorgement (Part 1) - The Science

The aim of total penis engorgement is to fill your penis to maximum capacity with blood so it becomes completely erect, enlarged to upper limits in length and girth, and capable for extended intercourse.

In order to achieve total penis engorgement, we must first understand the principles of erectile hydraulics. In basic terms, the inflow of blood into the penis must be maximised and the outflow of blood must be minimised. The following components are involved:

1. Erotic thoughts or physical sensations cause nerve endings in the penis to release Nitric Oxide (NO) into the blood.

2. Nitric Oxide relaxes penile muscle and allows blood vessels to open up and increase blood flow that swells up tissues. However Nitric Oxide survives just a few seconds before breaking down.

3.In the meantime, increased blood flow creates minor stress on the blood vessel wall which activates the release of more nitric oxide from cells that line the interior surface of blood vessels.

4.This additional release of nitric oxide causes more tissue to relax and the process repeats until the penis is fully erect.

5. The key element in the attainment and maintenance of erection is the continuous activation of nitric oxide in blood vessel walls.

6. Simultaneously blood must be kept in the penis through pressure on penile veins by pelvic floor muscles.

7. Finally for maximum blood flow, blood vessels must be clear of any blockage.

In summary, long-lasting rock-hard erection is only possible with continuous nitric oxide release in clear blood vessels and continuous pressure on penile veins from pelvic floor muscles.
