Terms and Conditions

By participating in Zesttee’s Vitamin D Challenge you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

Eligibility of Participation :

Participants of all ages can take part in the Zesttee’s Vitamin D challenge at their own risk, but registration is only open to those who are 18 years and above. This challenge is only limited to the first 100 participants. Participants must be in adequate physical condition, to participate. Participants must follow the instructions provided by Zesttee in regards to the challenge and the sampling collection since pricking the finger is needed to collect your blood sample for the Vitamin D home-based lab test. The Participant is responsible at all times for his/her own conduct, acts, and omissions.

Participant safety & Confidentiality

There are no major foreseeable risks as long as participants adhere to the instructions Zesttee provides. However, in the circumstance that a participant is injured, participants are responsible and assume liability for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the challenge, including but not limited to ambulance transport, hospital stays, physician, pharmaceutical goods and services, or a claim in damages arising from physical, psychological, or other injury.

Cancellation of the Vitamin D test kit by Zesttee

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we feel you are not eligible to participate in this challenge. We will attempt to notify participants of any cancellation at the earliest possible time, using the contact information provided by the participant when booking. If the company cancels your order, participants will receive a full refund. In addition, in the case, if we accept your order, we reserve the right to notify you at any time before delivery of the unavailability of the Product. You can then cancel the order and we will refund you all money paid in full.

Cancellation of the Vitamin D test kit by Participants

Participants have the right to cancel their Vitamin D test kit within 5 days of ordering the test kit without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email to [email protected]). If you cancel your purchase within 5 days of receiving the product, we will reimburse you all payments received from you; this includes the cost of the kit(s) and shipping fees, and in the case where a discount code has been used then you will receive the refund amount less any discount code applied (where applicable), without undue delay. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial payment unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds

According to this challenge, you are eligible for this refund only if the following criteria is met;

(i) if lab results obtained using Zesttee’s Vitamin D challenge kits show optimal Vitamin D levels;

(ii) a refund request is issued via email to [email protected] that provides your full name, email address, and phone number (the same ones that you used to enter the Zesttee Vit D challenge.

Once we have checked your results in our database, we will send you an email confirming the verification of your refund. In addition, you may only request a refund after 5 days of receiving your Vitamin D levels, after the 5 days you will not be eligible for the refund. You will receive the refund amount less any discount code applied (where applicable).

Payment Policy

The price is a single combined payment for the products ordered online, which includes delivery of the product to you, except orders over $80 will have no delivery cost. You agree to pay the price, the VAT (to the extent applicable) and the freight charges, and any other charges in relation to a confirmed order in advance and you undertake to make payment in advance by clicking on the payment button on the site and following the required procedure. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.

Disclaimer

By participating in this challenge, participants and/or persons participating for them agree to the following disclaimer: I declare that I, or anyone that I am participating for, will not partake in this challenge unless medically fit to do so and that, in any event, we take part at my/our own risk. I accept that Zesttee will not be liable for any damage, claim, costs, or expenses which may arise in consequence of my/our participation in the activity. I/We understand and agree to the cancellation, changes, refund, and payment requirements stipulated by these Terms and Conditions.

Release

By participating in this challenge, participants and/or persons participating for them agree to the following release: I hereby give my permission to use my/our name, quotes, posts, for marketing and promotional purposes.

Who We Are

This challenge is provided by Zesttee.com Pte Ltd ("the Company" or "we" or "us") with a registered office 1 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, #01-03 Braddell House, Singapore 319637. Zesttee.com Pte Ltd is a registered business name of the Company, registered number 201926183Z.

Online order procedure, payment, delivery, and cancellation

We will not accept orders from users whose IP address is outside where the user is resident. When you purchase the products & services and access the site, you undertake

(i) that you are over 18 years of age;
(ii) that you are using the site in your own name and/or for other family members;
(iii) that you will not allow any other person to use the site, products & services under your name, nor will you, in using the products, services or the site, pretend you are someone else, or seek to disguise your identity;
(iv) that you are only using the site, the products & the services for your own benefit and not for the purposes of providing services to others. The order procedure requires amongst other things, you to specify the required delivery address.

Delivery

The product is normally dispatched within two days of order confirmation to the address you provided us with, prior to order confirmation. If you change the delivery address after we have sent you the order confirmation, the product will be delivered to the original address you supplied to us. We will only arrange to have a product delivered to a different address if we accept it as part of the order confirmation. Delivery dates advised by us in an order confirmation are approximate and we will not be liable for any loss or damage due to our failure to meet scheduled delivery dates or for failure to give notice of delay. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing. A product may be shipped by us to the agreed delivery address in advance of any scheduled delivery date. Risk in a product passes to you on delivery of the product to the agreed delivery address. Title to a product will only pass to you when full payment is made to us for all the charges specified in the confirmed order. If you receive the wrong products, damaged/faulty products or certain items are absent from the product kit, then please send us an email within seven days of receipt of the product at [email protected] containing the following information: Order ID and description of the missing or faulty item(s). Upon receipt of such notice, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Submitting the sample

When submitting a sample, you must place an adequate blood sample quantity for blood spot card collection, and to make sure that the blood spots are not overlapping each other so that you don’t risk the quality of the sample. If you do not provide an adequate sample, you will not receive a result. You will find within the product a simple step-by-step process to ensure you take the Sample correctly and place it in the product. You will then place the product with the sample in it, into a prepaid envelope and post them back immediately to the accredited laboratory.
